Steve’s humour and hospitality shone through to allow it to be a disappointment when the course finished. I have attended numerous courses and have never been on one as enjoyable as this. I am very pleased I was able to complete this course and I am certain this is from Steve’s ‘on the job’ experience and deliverance of the course combined that made this as productive as it was. I did first aid training with a different company before but I have to say yours was much much better! Steve was absolutely fantastic and gave us very handy and easy ideas and suggestions, also made everything so clear. I did enjoy last Saturday and I am definitely going to stick with your company in the future. It was recommended by a friend and I have to say I made the best decision listening to her. Also, blended learning is the greatest idea! I work as a nanny and obviously we all go through the book as we need to know these things in case any accidents happen but it made my (and I guess the others’) life so much easier as I had to fit only one weekend in my diary. Thank you for this experience and thank you for Steve’s training. You are way far the best.

I thought the course was the most informative course I have ever attended (have attended a few over the last 18 years!) It was relaxed informal making easier to digest the information. I recently attended paediatric first aid training at St Dunstans Church in Cheam. The trainer, Steve, was excellent and I wanted to pass this on to you. He was very clear with what he was teaching us and made the environment relaxed so that it was easy to ask questions if needed. Apart from being very well informed and knowledgeable, he has a great sense of humour. This is the second training course I have done with Surrey First Aid and will continue to use you as your trainers and administration have been great both times.

I attended a course on Saturday 18th January at the ramada hotel in Farnham which was under the new format of a one day and exam. This worked well for me, only having to attend for one day and then using my learning and course book to complete an exam. The course was well delivered and tailored to all experiences. Overall, the experience was good and I would recommend to colleagues.

I would like to thank your team at Surrey First Aid, this was our first time completing training with Surrey, from my first phone call to enquire from receiving our certificate was very friendly great service, the course itself was ran very well and we have come away feeling confident in First Aid, our trainer was excellent, the 6 hours at home were very relax and we felt very confident in the booklet, its step by step guide is great and now in our first aid box, we feel very reassured by it and can look and refresh at any time. thank you Michelle and Ben at Surrey First Aid we will be recommending you to everyone, and I have been taken First Aid courses for 12 years.

I attended my first aid course with Surrey First Aid on Saturday 22nd April 2014 at St. Dunstan’s Church Hall in Cheam and I just wanted to make a few comments about my course. My trainer for the day was Danny Sweeney, who was fantastic. Danny was really good fun, he put everyone at ease and kept us going through the day with a really unique sense of humor. Danny had great knowledge on the subject matter and was unobtrusive when observing us undertaking our resuscitation practice, he provided gentle encouragement where needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Surrey First Aid to my colleagues.
