Yes – EYQA is a company of Surrey First Aid Training which is an approved centre of Training Qualifications UK and is also Local Authority approved.
Please note that the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) does not approve Paediatric First Aid courses.

If you need to transfer to another course please call our Head Office on 0845 8331493 and note that the following fees will apply:

 For transfers made more than four weeks prior to the course start date there will be no charge. Only one transfer is permitted.
 For transfers made 2-4 weeks prior to the course start date there is an administration charge of £25.00.
 For transfers made less than two weeks prior to the course start date there is an administration charge of £50.00.

All transfers must be made within a period of three months from the original course date.

Should circumstances mean you have to cancel your course and are unable to transfer your booking to another course at the time of the cancellation then please call our Head Office on 0845 833 1493 and note that the following cancellation terms and charges will apply:

 All cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation charge of £5.00.
 For cancellations made 2-4 weeks prior to a course start date we will refund 50% of the full course fee.
 For cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to course we will not provide a refund.

Yes, we ask that you bring lunch with you and advise that you wear practical, comfortable clothing so that you can take part in the practical work.

Unfortunately we cannot reserve a place for customers without payment. However we will do our best to find a course for you if you have to book last minute.

In the event of extreme weather conditions we will contact you near to the time to let you know whether the course is running or not. Each course will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We reserve the right to cancel any course if there are insufficient numbers to run a viable course. In such circumstances, you will be given as much notice as possible and the offer of a free transfer to another course date, or a full refund of fees paid.

If you arrive late for a course we may not accept you for training if we feel you will gain insufficient knowledge or skill in the time remaining. The trainer will make the decision based on our late you are. In all such cases, the full course fee remains payable and no refund will be given. We encourage all delegates to leave plenty of travelling time to allow for traffic and parking.
