The intention to develop the Love at Work Foundation has been a longstanding one – and a long needed one, bringing together the best concepts from personal development and business development. As a new paradigm; it creates a world of work that works for everyone, where the head-heart connection is the norm rather than the exception.

It is about “Putting love at the heart of business”

The Love at Work Foundation will:

• Provide a place for like minded people and organisations already working in this field to come to talk with each other, support each other and advance the principles of Love at Work
• Create a place where those people who know in their hearts that there has to be a different way of being in the world of work but don’t know how to get started, can come for help, advice and inspiration
• Be a place of learning and development for all who are interested in leading and serving with love
• Go out into our workplaces and open people’s minds to the need for us to treat each other at work with the same love, deep respect and care that we treat those at home
