It involves looking at who we are before we start to look at others.
It is understanding the concept that caring for and respecting each other is fundamental to everything we do.
It’s the difference that connecting our head and our heart makes in our lives and in the lives of others.
When we connect the two, the decisions we make and the actions we take develop a whole new meaning.
One good answer is that we are here to learn about relationship, not just our relationship with others but, most importantly the one with ourselves. If this is so, and most of us spend more of our waking time working than doing anything else, then what better place is there to learn about relationship than at work?
It involves “treating others as we would wish to be treated” when we come from the connection between our head and our heart.
It is who we really are when we are connected in our actions through our heart to what we do.
If that place in our heart is who we really are, then why would we ever do anything from anywhere else?
